Blueberry/Raspberry picking hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday 8:00am to noon, closed Sunday.

All of our berries keep well in the refrigerator for several days.

Wash and stem the strawberries before serving.

To freeze strawberries: wash, stem and mix with a small amount of sugar, 1/4 cup per quart is adequate to produce juicy berries. Freeze in air tight containers. Thaw slightly before serving.

Blueberries and raspberries need only to be rinsed and drained before freezing. Use them frozen in recipes or just enjoy them.
